🧭 Summary
Many-Me is an innovative AAL (Active and Assisted Living) project that aims to develop a socially interactive care system based on ICT assistive technology and user-centred services.
The project focuses on supporting people living with dementia and their carers, helping them to cope with the disease, maintain independence, and lead an active, meaningful life for as long as possible.
By integrating personalised care plans, digital support tools, and community engagement, Many-Me creates a responsive, smart environment that promotes safety, autonomy, and social participation for individuals affected by dementia.

- Promote self-management and cognitive stimulation through digital tools that help users adopt memory-supporting routines and activities.
- Provide personalised medical guidance and responsive care services tailored to the evolving needs of each patient.
- Empower caregivers by offering remote monitoring, communication tools, and real-time alerts to reduce stress and improve care efficiency.

- Caregiver to caregiver (sharing experiences, advice, and emotional support)
The project integrates familiar devices such as smartphones and tablets with the Many-Me Angel app, providing an intuitive interface for daily use.
Through continuous testing, co-design workshops, and feedback sessions, the project ensures that solutions are inclusive, accessible, and adaptable to disease progression.
